All orders will take two to three business days to process. At times we may be out of stock on certain items and we will back order your item and ship as soon as we get stock in. Custom orders such as fiber optic illuminators and fiber optic cable that needs to be cut may take up to a week to ship depending on demand. All Star Tiles and Domes by Numinus take 1-2 weeks to build. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

We Ship UPS and Fed Ex. We are not responsible for any shipping delays while your order is in transit by UPS or Fed Ex. When you check out at times it may be calculated or it may be already included in our pricing. Please note from time to time we do run out of product due to heavy demand. If you choose expedited shipping we will still ship to you in an expedited way when we receive our restock from manufacturers which at times can take up 1-4 weeks.

Our return policy is very simple, Contact us at (716) 672-9833. We have a 25% restocking fee plus any shipping costs when we shipped your order. You will have to pay for shipping product back to us as well. We do not accept any returns for products that are cut from a spool such as fiber optic cable, led neon and rope lights. If the product is cut from a spool, they are non refundable. Custom ordered Dance floors and Oasis Waterfall are non refundable as well because they are made to order. You have 5 business days after you receive your order to contact us for returns. Once we receive the products back, we will issue you either a credit to your credit card or cut you a check. This will be determined by how you paid for the product in the first place.

If your products are damaged contact us immediately for replacement instructions. You have 5 business days after receiving your product to report damaged items. After that time expires we can no longer file claims for damaged materials and you will have to replace the items at your cost. For manufacturers warranties you can contact us within the warranty time period and we will assist you.
